IB2C is a GPU-accelerated video conversion and transformation library extensively used in AI use cases, but the fact it relies on GLES extensions specific to the Adreno stack (Ubuntu Server) prevents these use cases from running on Freedreno. All GStreamer pipelines using these plugins need IB2C and as such cannot run on Freedreno (used in the Ubuntu Desktop image):

• qtioverlay
• qtivcomposer
• qtimlvconverter
• qtivsplit
• qtivtransform

Important: In order to make the board function, users must follow these instructions to install the proper firmware. The device was tested using it but it cannot be re-distributed in the image.
